Sarah Doyle is a Certified Leadership Coach, culture and communication consultant who supports people leaders and organizations with creating healthy and vibrant workplaces. For more than 20 years, Sarah led corporate communications for large organizations across multiple sectors. During this time, she also taught as an adjunct instructor in the School of Business at MacEwan University. 

At the height of her corporate career, Sarah led crisis communication management during the pandemic. Her compassionate, authentic and courageous style of leadership proved most impactful during times of crisis and transformational change. As a coach, she now helps people leaders deepen their emotional intelligence and communication skills so that they have the tools to create high-trust teams. Sarah works with organizations, mid-level leaders, HR leaders and senior executives to create systemic cultural change.
