Samer Lived and worked in 19 countries, understands the importance of data integrity, information liability and Compliance with legislation, have excellent organizing & strategic planning capability, presentation skills, attention to details and research techniques.
Samer managed lots of HR projects including Job Description, Organization Chart, Restructuring, Internal Branding, Employee HandBook, Welcome Kit, Employment Road Map, Hiring Policy, Interview Guideline, restructuring the organization chart, implementing performance management plans, drafting strategies, and documenting resulting in improved employee morale, and continues high growth.
