As a baby, Rosemarie Williams was kidnapped and raised in the projects of New York City. She started sweeping floors in the barbershop her mom worked in, babysat for her friends and family, became a lobbyist, and won significant funds for her school district. Next, she became a ballerina, dancing Enpointe ballet at the Metropolitan Opera House. Later she received awards from Rev Al Sharpton and Whos Who among American students. Rose went on to work at President Obama's first inauguration. She moved on to work on several political campaigns for Senator Mike Fowler in Spartanburg, SC… Mayor Toni Harp in New Haven, Ct. Mayor Toni was the first woman elected into Office. Next, She worked for Jesse Hamilton in Brooklyn, NY Her inspirational story of resilience and grit has been featured around the world.
