Robert Heath, Sr. is an engaging communicator and expert in Empowering Leadership. His work is centered on helping people find their passion, empowering them to achieve their dreams, and giving them the tools to empower others to do the same. He enjoys speaking and presenting in any venue or platform that allows him to help people connect with their God given purpose and manifest the greatness within.

Over the past 25 years, he has served in many leadership roles across various industries and enjoyed being able to guide thousands of people on their journeys of awakening their inner leader. From his time as a Spanish teacher and a basketball coach, to his record setting efforts as an attorney, to his decorated time as a Company Commander in the Marine Corps, to his current work as a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, Robert has worked to embody the proverb Aristotle spoke so long ago, that “excellence is a habit rather than the result of a single action.” 

Robert believes that his career, his accomplishments, and his successes in life are proof that no matter who you are, or where you come from, everyone is capable of developing a habit of excellence. Robert firmly believes that excellence is the result of the cultivation and implementation in one’s life of certain success principles. His leadership training is grounded in this idea and his belief that with the proper guidance, everyone has the capacity to develop a habit of excellence in themselves, and in others…without having to sacrifice a balanced home life.

Robert received his JD, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law. He also holds an MA in Teaching from Christian Brothers University, as well as dual BA degrees in Economics and Speech Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He served for 8 years as a United States Marine Corps Officer, receiving the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his leadership as a Commander of one of the largest companies in the Marine Corps. He is also a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Instructor, a Certified Executive Empowerment Coach, a Certified NLP practitioner and a Certified Hypnotherapist.  He uses his understanding of diverse personal development modalities to meet his clients where they are and support them along their journeys to their transformation.

While Robert is proud of his professional achievements, his most important accomplishment is being a loving husband and father. Robert and his family live in the Grand Rapids, MI area.
