Rhonda L. Bowen is a global strategic communication guide with over 30 years’ experience in communicating across cultures. As an American who has lived in Germany since 1983, she has worked with people from more than 70 countries. Her business, established in 1988, has brought insights and support to thousands of BEST professionals (business, engineering, science and technology).

She supports these clients in becoming more effective and efficient in their communication across cultures. Cultures not only refer to nationalities, but increasingly the differences between various areas within organizations. Her collaboration with her clients saves time, resources and effort and leads to better results and higher success in achieving business and personal goals. Her programs and services  include individual and team coaching, online and offline facilitation, co-creative success swarms for professional services peers and negotiation seminars.

She stays “f.i.t.” (flexible, insightful, tolerant) by travelling, enjoying deep conversations with people from many walks of life, playing the piano and supporting international organizations such as WBECS as a facilitator, the United Methodist Church as a lay speaker, and Soroptimist International as a former chapter president and speaker for international programs.
