She educates about grief, loss and the importance of advance care planning. Chrstine helps become more effective listeners and caregivers. She guides individuals on how to care for themselves more wholeheartedly and be in touch with their spiritual and emotional selves. Christine often shares different spiritual practices and how to incorporate the sacred into everyday life.
She lives with her family on a small farm in New Jersey and spends her time chasing chickens and chauffeuring her school-aged children to all their activities.
