Dr. Rachael has a passion for serving others, especially in assisting women in gaining the confidence and skills to step into the best version of themselves. She has worked in higher education for over 20 years. She holds a Doctorate in Leadership & Innovation, a Master’s in counseling with a post-Master’s certificate in Marriage & Family Counseling, and a Bachelor’s in Individual and Family Studies.

Dr. Rachael is a certified speaker and trainer with the John Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, and a health & life coach, working with individuals’ personal and professional goals. She assists them in being intentional about their vision and values and is the catalyst for clients to bridge the gap between where they currently are and where they want to go to grow into the best version of themselves. She believes in Positive Psychology and the client-centered approach to coaching, where the discussion is a thought-provoking conversation that helps individuals maintain their vision and values.
