Patrick is an experienced executive and consultant in the employment services market, leading teams in facilitating the improvement in job search effectiveness. He takes a lateral perspective and imagines the possibilities for each job seeker.

Patrick initiated and manages the Australian Jobsearch Index (JEI), which measures the effectiveness of job search effectiveness. It has found that jobseekers, on average, could be as much as three times more effective.
