Her core mission is to help families make more income, become properly protected, debt free and financially independent. With thousands of clients and a team of about 50 part-time and full-time agents and brokers under her supervision, she has built a practice based on the core belief that every family should have access to financial education and a licensed and competent financial professional, regardless of their investment ability or size of their income. With background in education and human rights, her approach is focused on sharing core principals of financial planning in a manner that uplifts and respects every individual family and their lifestyle. She serves families and small businesses across continental United States and offers complimentary individual consultations for families and for business owners. Additionally, Olya has over a decade of public speaking experiences on the topics of entrepreneurship, leadership, financial planning and personal and professional growth, ranging from small intimate workshops to audiences of over a thousand people. She and her husband live in Winston Salem, North Carolina with their three children.
