Nikolina is a serial entrepreneur and empathic leader. She has been a manager in the tech industry for almost 20 years, working with some of the most renowned companies like Nokia, Rovio, and Lionbridge. She is a frequent speaker in technology circles, where she speaks about 

• leading with diversity, equity, and inclusion first

• entrepreneurship through a gender lens and
• burnout prevention and recovery

Besides being a COO and consultant, she is also a mentor for female leaders with the European Innovation Council, a published author, and a frequent lecturer.
