Navin has created his own sales training / coaching system called SMS mastery. Where he combines  training in high level sales skills, coaching performance mindset and mentoring key sales strategies to ensure that the people/ teams he develops receive a holistic approach to sales development

He spent 17 years in a sales/ business development career where he sold consulting, training , business intelligence and SAS services into various industry sectors. He transformed himself from struggling sales person to a multi - award winning / top 1% sales person. 

He took all that he had learnt in his career in sales, his work on mindset and personal development and started his own sales training/ coaching business. His business has rapidly scaled and he now helps people/ teams internationally. He regularly  speaks on stages and inspires and educates entrepreneurs and/ or sales teams

In his spare time he loves to travel, read, exercise, boxing and meditate
