Natasha is a fitness coach, author and former English teacher who transformed her life through weight training and bodybuilding. After leaving a high-pressure career and overcoming personal challenges, Natasha found healing and purpose in helping women achieve powerful physical and mental transformations. She competed successfully in bodybuilding and recently qualified for British Nationals in the sport of powerlifting. She now runs her own personal training business, guiding clients to become stronger, more confident versions of themselves.
Author of 'Beyond the Barbell: Confessions of a Female Fitness Competitor, Natasha also hosts 'The Binges to Barbells Podcast' and writes weekly fitness articles on fitness and wellbeing. Passionate about inspiring others, she is open to speaking opportunities on topics including fitness, mental health, personal transformation and the power of resilience. Her mission is to help people believe in thier potential and take control of their lives-inside and outisde the gym.
