Bio

Natalie Perez is a seasoned professional whose life experiences shaped her commitment to creating inclusive spaces and encouraging authentic living. Natalie developed the skill of resilience at a young age, having grown up on the beautiful islands of Trinidad and Tobago, where she watched her single mother overcome the difficulties of raising three kids. The family’s courageous decision to move to the United States opened new doors, yet Natalie faced an unexpected challenge when she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) at the age of 16.

This pivotal moment was the catalyst for Natalie’s commitment to embrace life intentionally and authentically, becoming a beacon of inspiration for others. Natalie has over ten years of experience in corporate America. She has used her life and professional experiences as inspiration for her new role as a workplace safety advocate and resilience speaker/coach. Her dedication to helping others and creating positive changes in both life and work has been strengthened by her leadership in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) programs. This furthers her mission to support others and cultivate meaningful transformations in both life and work.
