Nancy’s true passion is to inspire and empower individuals to become their best self. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of human resources Nancy soon realized that nothing excited her more than career coaching & facilitation. She became a Certified Personality Dimensions® Facilitator  and Trainer starting her own career coaching business named Colour Sense Consulting so she could help others understand their personalities and those of others, ultimately to improve personal success. Nancy attended the UofA graduating from Human Resources Management, Business Management and Leadership Development programs. She is a Certified Adult Educator from Canadian College of Educators as well as a Certified Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) through the Human Capital Institute.
