Nan (short for Nadège Saysana, pronounced Nahn Say-zah-nah) is a Life and Weight Loss Coach who helps women who lift stop binge-eating and feel proud of their bodies. A former English teacher in Paris, she knows firsthand what it’s like to feel out of control around food, stress-eat, or snack on autopilot, because she’s been there herself.
Certified through The Life Coach School and No BS Weight Loss University, and trained in Havening Techniques®, Nan helps women enjoy their favorite foods without fear, guilt, or spirals.
At 50, she became a bodybuilder, lost three dress sizes, and feels stronger and more confident than ever. For over seven years, she’s helped women build calm, trust, and consistency around food through a simple, kind, mindset-based approach.
Nan lives in Paris with her family and believes change can be simple (and sustainable!) when you work with your mind, not against it.
