Also known as the Monk Without The Funk, Keith started defying the status quo as a child, avoiding paralysis by practicing his “secret” exercises at night. Many years later, he found out that he had been practicing powerful Ancient Chinese exercises once highly guarded by aristocracy, warriors, and monks. Today he is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a respected martial arts and meditation instructor. His mission is to tell the world how powerful Ancient Chinese exercises can be in managing - and even curing! - numerous chronic ailments, such as high blood pressure. He gives talks and workshops on these exercises, as well as lowering stress and the dangers of sitting.
