Dr. Michelle Morkert consulted with the US State Department on women’s leadership in Croatia and Poland. In academia, she developed and taught over 20 courses, earned a Fulbright Scholar grant, and presented at dozens of academic and women’s leadership conferences.
Her passion led her to help found a university women’s and gender studies program and work as a women's advocate at a domestic violence shelter. She was able to do all this as a first-generation college student while raising three children.
It wasn’t always easy. She experienced backlash from speaking out in a male-dominated world but liberated her true self by overcoming doubt, self-criticism, and imposter syndrome. As a certified professional transformation coach, she now helps glass-shattering women leave their mark in the world. Known as the courage coach for women leaders, she helps
her clients quiet their inner critic, increase confidence and productivity and advocate for themselves the way they do for others.
