People are more disconnected then they have ever been and emotional intelligence is at an all time low. We all need to do better! By default we show up and assume everyone is just like us and if they aren't we can have conflicts, misunderstandings , and loss of that relationship, loss of business and even loss of sales. We need to come together and learn how to get along, how to communicate effectively and learn how to love more! I am a Certified B.A.N.K.
