Michael Brown has over 30 years of experience in management consulting. He has held management and executive positions with consulting firms such as KPMG, Mercer, and AT Kearney. He is currently the Founder and Managing Director of AaronRichards Global Partners, LLC and Founder/CEO of MyARsocial.com (a social media and online reputation management technology platform and toolset company)

Mr. Brown founded and managed national and international consulting practices at KPMG and Mercer specializing in developing and delivering technology solutions supporting human resources and benefits services to private and public sector organizations. He later managed AT Kearney’s IT Strategy and Transformation practice. 

Throughout his career he has delivered speeches and presentations to large audiences at conferences and conventions on topics such as technology strategy, technology operations, human resource technologies, human resource transformation and organizational redesign, benchmarking of human resources practices, benchmarking of IT best practices, and merger & acquisition integration for both IT and human resources. He has also run and managed reengineering, organizational redesign and corporate strategy workshops for large and medium sized companies as well as government entities. He has delivered presentations and lead corporate boardroom discussions regarding corporate strategy and operations management. He has also taught University level technology classes and taught smaller group classes for private sector organizations on the use of technology and technology integration.

He has most recently been delivering speeches and presentations to small and medium sized business networks and organization on how businesses can better leverage social media and manage their online reputations to improve business growth.

Mr. Brown holds a double Master’s Degree in Finance and Management Information Systems, with Honors from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in the areas of Finance and Human Resource Management. He is also a graduate of Harvard’s Executive Management Program.
