Marleen is a career coach who serves women of colour to break the glass ceiling by helping them use their voice, speak their truth and own their space in order to move up the corporate  ladder.

Marleen is also a speaker who has brought her message of equity, inclusion and diversity to international stages; and she is seeking speaking opportunities that talks about anti-racism and a more human rights based approach to the issue.

As a woman of colour herself (a Black woman), Marleen can bring that lived-in experience of being ignored and being dismissed so that her message  can resonate with others who have gone through that same experience. Marleen can relate with the women as she provides them keys to overcoming that barrier.
