Herbalist & Well-Being Facilitator

I am a Spiritual Herbalist & Well-Being Facilitator passionate about offering soul-centered guidance and personalized resources for emotional, herbal, and spiritual well-being. 

I’ve spent the past 6+ years in the herbal and wellness industry, alongside 10 years as a corporate engineer. In early 2024, I made the bold decision to leave my corporate job and embrace my true calling, and I haven’t looked back since (maybe just a little). In the transition out of corporate and intentionally into herbalism, I began supporting a local hydroponics farm, Produce'd, with a focus on STEAM Education and community wellbeing.

I also previously co-owned Just Be Tea Company, an herbal tea & wellness business. Insipired to dive deeper, I completed a Spiritual Herbalism Apprenticeship. This laid a deeper foundation for my journey to Center Sage Wellness.

As I embarked on my own spiritual journey, I returned home to myself through self-remembrance, guided by the wisdom of my teachers. My goal is to support others on their journey and share my story of transformation through the power of plants and self rememberance.
