With a 25+ year career in sales and management, I am an accomplished leader, decorated seller and have successfully managed large, cross brand, diverse, high performing sales teams. 23 of those years were spent climbing the ranks at IBM.  My enthusiasm is contagious, and I am a natural storyteller. 

I built Heartbeat for Hire to help sales leaders and organizations improve and cultivate irresistible sales culture that drives results. 

I do this through speaking engagements individual coaching and C-Suite coaching to help teams feel valued, seen and feel a sense of pride for where they work. 

I am a wife and mother to boy/girl twins and 2 Weiner Dogs, Pansy and Poppy and I live just North of Boston.
