Born and raised in Southern California, Lita Abella, JD, is a board-certified leadership coach and mediator.  She is a dynamic leader dedicated to empowerment and transformative growth. She empowers leaders and organizations in high-stress industries to transform workplace culture and performance through a six-step trauma-informed framework that strengthens resilience, fosters trust, and enhances overall well-being.

Lita holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law. This legal foundation equips her with a deep understanding of conflict resolution and the complexities of the legal field.

As a seasoned public speaker, she delivers presentations to legal professionals and other professionals in high-stress careers on topics such as substance use disorders, mental health issues, and wellness strategies. Her diverse background with the LAPD and several prosecutorial agencies highlights her resilience and leadership under pressure. She understands the emotional toll that high-stress careers can take, particularly regarding PTSD, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout.
