Lisa Condon
Member of the National Speaker Association

Lisa (Andrew) Condon, CBB, CSP, CSPO, is the type of person who makes you feel comfortable with who you are and who is so familiar—yet, you cannot believe you have not yet met her. This most likely stems from her deep engagement with her community, as well as her 25+ years of experience in an executive capacity across sales, marketing and customer service. Lisa is very memorable as she explains what makes her stand out in a crowd: “I am 5’ flat with a 6’ tall personality.” Founder and President of Lisa Condon Enterprises, Lisa brings magic to the stage leaving attendees energized, inspired, and motivated to take the next step in their journey - both personally and professionally. For decades, Lisa has cultivated her leadership and inclination to help others succeed by partnering with individuals and businesses on creative strategy, marketing solutions, and inspirational development. This became the foundation for Lisa Condon Enterprises (LCE), a company that sparks inspiration, innovation, and collaboration through gratitude. Lisa uses a combination of theory and practices from the Project Management Institute, Six Sigma, SCRUM, EQi, and Appreciative Inquiry. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, SCRUM Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and PMP. Author of the soon-to-be released book, “Sparking Your Business, 9 Steps of Gratitude,” Lisa is the founder and creator of GRATITUDE, a proprietary program and catalyst for personal change. Lisa is a member of the National Speaking Association, Co-Founder of Cardinal Opportunities, and Founder of the Sussex County Chapter of Cocktails Curing Cancer. Lisa sits on the International Governing Board for Delta Phi Epsilon as Vice President, and the Board of Ambassadors for the Beebe Foundation. Lisa serves as National Legacy Leader for Polka Dot Powerhouse. She earned a B.A. from Temple University, and is a 2011 graduate of the Excellence in Executive Leadership program and 2009 graduate of Leadership Champlain in Burlington.
