Lindsey de los Santos is a patient advocate, course creator, and migraine coach. She is also a teacher and a writer. She started her own website, migraineroad.com to support people living with migraine. HealthCentral listed her website in their list of ten places to turn for migraine support. Lindsey has joined forces with The American Migraine Foundation and Miles for Migraine to have a greater impact on the migraine community. She has been interviewed by several publications including Self and Prevention Magazines. Lindsey creates courses and offers coaching to empower those living with migraine to live their best lives. She believes no one should have to let go of their dreams or calling due to migraine.
