Lauri Ingram is a self-described seeker, driven by her curiosity and desire to guide others on their own paths of self-discovery. She recognizes that we all crave fulfillment and that the journey towards this goal is where true satisfaction is found, as we uncover our personal truths. 

With a background in corporate IT, Lauri has become a passionate advocate for mindfulness in the workplace, having discovered its immense benefits in easing anxiety by changing our relationship to our emotions and thoughts. This revelation inspired her to pursue training in other alternative and complementary healing practices, as she sought to offer more sophisticated forms of healing to those seeking a deeper connection to themselves and the spiritual realm. 

As a  Etheric Crystal Light Practitioner, Advanced Crystal Dreaming Practitioner and certified Cosmic Smashbooking Guide,  Lauri has a diverse skillset that she utilizes to help her clients achieve their spiritual goals. Her knowledge and expertise in these fields have allowed her to facilitate profound healing experiences for her clients, helping them to explore past traumas and wounds, connect with their highest selves, and receive guidance from their spiritual guides. 

Lauri's spiritual journey culminated in her ordination as an Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister in June 2019, and her subsequent certification as an Interspiritual Counselor in June 2021. Through these credentials, she is able to offer guidance to individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs, and to help them navigate their own unique spiritual journeys. 

In all of her endeavors, Lauri remains driven by her passion for self-discovery and her desire to share her knowledge and experience with others. Her work as a healer and guide has brought light and positivity into the lives of many, and she continues to inspire and uplift those around her with her unwavering dedication to her spiritual practice.
