Laura Fralich, MD, FAAFP, CAQSM is a dual board-certified Family Medicine and Sports Medicine physician and the founder of Northwest Sports and Exercise Medicine in Spokane, Washington. With more than twelve years as a clinician, team physician, and medical educator, she built a direct-access practice designed to reduce referral and authorization friction — so patients get timely evaluation, straight answers, and advanced non-operative treatment that keeps them active.
She founded the Spokane County Medical Society's Women in Medicine event and co-directs the Sports Performance and Leadership Summit for High School Athletes. She hosts What's Right With Healthcare, a podcast highlighting the people and programs improving care today.
