Laura is passionate about helping people find freedom from alcohol overuse when they’ve gotten into the habit of drinking for stress relief. Her journey as a military spouse raising 3 children while building a direct selling business led to her getting caught in the trap of addiction. The added stress of migrating cross country to provide 24/7 caregiving for her elderly parents worsened the problem. 

She found that traditional methods to find sobriety left her feeling powerless and out of willpower. Laura found freedom by learning how the brain adapts to an addictive substance and shifting unhelpful beliefs. Her newfound emancipation led her to want to help others find freedom less painfully. Laura coaches with compassion and unconditional support with underlying tough love.
