Kari Lynn works with individuals, couples, and groups who have discovered that relationships aren't always fairytales and want to figure out how to be honest and connected in the relationships that they have.

After becoming a divorced mom of 3 amazing teenagers, and experiencing a lot of ups and downs with her relationships, she has focused her personal and professional learning on finding a different way to communicate and be in the world. This has led to not only a thriving private coaching practice, but the opportunity to share with a wider audience through workshops and retreats on such topics as asking for what you want and reflective listening.

She has a passion for sharing her knowledge and bringing more connection and better communication into the world.
