Karen is a certified personal trainer & mindset coach. She supports women who love the outdoors to improve strength, injury resistance, and build trust in their bodies to stay active. She is writing “Strong for Long,” a book featuring 20 women who over come challenges, to thrive in their outdoor life, even as their bodies evolve! A former teacher with a BSc in Wildlife Biology, she combines science-backed strategies with real-life experience. She is an elite athlete in harness dog sports. Her work is inspired by her beloved dog, Buncho, who won Gold with her at IFSS Worlds Masters.
