Later, as Chief Operations Officer for Show Low Creekside, she helped transform a new startup into a thriving, profitable business. Karen has also served as Chief Relationship Officer in multiple organizations, coaching CEOs through mergers, fractured teams, and high-stakes transitions—training leaders to apply emotional intelligence to measurable KPIs like engagement, retention, and profitability.
