Julia's speeches are very interactive as she poses questions and scenarios to the group. Julia has been known to use a prop or two to drive engagement. Julia's topics within her book include - team development, the triple threat of leading, cultural safety, building a team, and strategies for developing your own Xs and Os as a leader.
