José Micard Teixeira was born in Aveiro in 1961. He graduated in International Relations (Univ. Minho) and did an internship at the EC ESC in Brussels. He held general management positions in one of Portugal's largest economic groups and, at the age of 40, decided to change his life and start helping people find their way and themselves. He holds an International Certificate in Coaching from the ICC-UK. She has written seven books on personal development and motivational texts. Currently, he gives life coaching consultations and lectures.
