I am a corporate refugee that has been everything from a diesel truck mechanic, to a computer technician, to an IT Director for a nationwide retailer, to a 2 store feed store owner, to a director at a rescue mission, and now leading a business and non-profit coaching service. All of these experiences combined with a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership have made me an expert at leading experts and very good at helping organizations make a profit on purpose versus by mistake. I have spoken at a 1 million cups event where I shared my experience living with a short woman and my expertise in creating cultures that help organizations leverage the unique gift that Millennial employees can offer. I am an entertaining speaker/teacher who is bias towards action and putting plans and important learnings to work.
