businesses within a year.

Earning an MBA in Organizational Leadership allowed Jennifer to
gain expert knowledge through front-line exposure.

Incorporating her most rewarding work creates success
strategies and formal development training programs, Jennifer
launched J. Hocutt Group, LLC in 2018.

Jennifer has successfully supported businesses (small and large)
in achieving significant growth through business advisement,
targeted strategies, and team alignment and expansion.
