Jen Uschold, PT, NBC-HWC, FPS, is a Fellow of Pain Science with over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, educator, and health coach. Renowned for making complex pain science accessible and engaging, Jen empowers both professionals and people living with pain to translate evidence-based knowledge into actionable, real-life strategies for themselves and others. Her clear, compassionate, and action-oriented approach is infused with fun, often including improv and interactive elements to bring learning to life. Jen welcomes opportunities for workshops, keynotes, panels, and experiential trainings on pain science, resilience, mental fitness, and lifestyle medicine.
