My own journey from engineering leadership and structured problem-solving into deeper leadership, coaching, and community work taught me something important: Clarity doesn’t come from more tactics. It comes from creating space to slow down, reflect honestly, and reconnect with who you’re becoming.

That’s the work I do now.
