Twelve years ago Janice Caine started Custom College Visits with over twenty years of travel industry and meeting-planning experience. Her extensive background creating individual and group travel itineraries required skills similar to the multi-day, multi-campus trips she now creates.

Ms. Caine has served clients from all regions of the United States as well as those from overseas. She has planned hundreds of customized itineraries that have varied in length from four days to three weeks. Her clients have visited the colleges and universities of their choosing across the US, Canada and the UK.

Janice works directly with clients handling initial consultations, on-campus logistics and one-on-one appointments, travel research and itinerary planning. 

Six years ago, Janice realized she could help many more families by authoring a book, College Road Trips: A Parents Guide, that makes planning multi-day college tours easier and more engaging. 

Janice is a member of HECA (Higher Education Consultants Association) and SACAC (Southern Association of College Admissions Counselors). 

Janice has contributed her expertise to many publications, including The New York Times, Travel Age West, and U.S. News & World Report.
