My mission is to empower women to overcome their challenges, gain confidence, and enjoy the good things in life.
I work with women 50 and beyond who have stress issues and autoimmune diseases.
These might show up as menopause symptoms but it's probably Stress Related
My coaching programs include mindset, diet, and exercise that is tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. I also specialise in blood chemistry analysis and food sensitivity solutions, which are key factors in regulating stress and inflammation.
As a Personal Trainer with over 38 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I am passionate about providing specific and effective solutions that address the root causes of these issues and improve the quality of life for my clients.
My programs have been built from my own struggles and issues, so this is not just theory.
I have been there and done that and have truly struggled. This is why I am passionate about helping women in their 50's and beyond get control and get themselves and their bodies back to working order.
So they can have a long and fulfilling life
