Jacqueline Pendleton
Inner Core & Midlife Movement Specialist | Stress & Autoimmune Strategist | Holistic Movement Coach
Jacqueline Pendleton is a Health and Fitness Coach with over 38 years of experience, specialising in helping women in their 40s, 50s and beyond rebuild their bodies from the inside out.
Her work focuses on a critical but often overlooked area — the inner core (inner unit) — and how stress, menopause, pregnancy and lifestyle factors can cause it to disengage over time.
After experiencing her own challenges, including a fractured tailbone during childbirth, multiple C-sections, stress and burnout, Jacqueline recognised that many traditional fitness approaches fail to address the real root cause of pain, instability and declining mobility in midlife.
Through her Full Body Renovation Method, Jacqueline teaches women how to:
Reconnect their inner core through breathing and movement
Improve posture and reduce pain
Restore strength, stability and mobility
Move from a stressed “holding pattern” to a body that works efficiently again
Her approach combines science, real-life experience and practical strategies, helping women understand their bodies rather than fight against them.
Jacqueline is known for her clear, relatable teaching style and her ability to simplify complex concepts into real-world solutions women can actually apply.
Her mission is to empower women through education so they can:
Feel better. Move better. Stay strong and independent for life.
