Hilary has spoken at conferences and events and has been praised by audiences for my humor, and energy, speaking about the many accessible tools of yoga to manage stress and burnout, improve our physical well-being, and present ourselves in the most authentic ways.
Though Hilary obtained her 200-Hour and 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Registration, it was not her intention to teach but was more about self-study. The global pandemic caused Hilary to reexamine her career.
Align Self Care began in 2021, leading weekly corporate, private, and small group yoga and meditation sessions and offering yoga-related workshops to events and organizations.
These tools can help us find the best version of ourselves by promoting self-awareness, self-acceptance, and compassion. When we are more aware of ourselves, we are better able to identify our strengths and weaknesses, set goals for personal growth, and have better relationships. We can also better accept ourselves and others for who we are, flaws and all.
