Henry is the founder and Chief Executive Office of RED Atlas.  Prior to founding the company, he led the research team for JLL in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.  During his time at JLL Henry spearheaded several initiatives for the firm, including creating a searchable automated valuation model and database that serves multiple Fortune 500 accounts in the region, led a research initiative aimed at the reshoring of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device manufacturers to Puerto Rico, and managed the internship program for JLL in the Caribbean.

Henry holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.  He speaks English, Spanish, and Arabic.  In 2023 he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
