Griselda’s personal and professional journey is exemplary. Her background growing up in Brownsville, Texas instilled in her the values of hard work, determination, and perseverance, which she demonstrated through her education and career. With a degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Arizona State University, Griselda embarked on a remarkable career in Corporate America, where she honed her skills as an Operations and Continuous Improvement Executive. 

Griselda’s passion for empowering others led her to establish Excellence Coaching, a coaching business focused on business and personal transformations. She was a previous Board Chair for the Women in Manufacturing. Her dedication to helping people and businesses thrive is evident in her role as a coach.
