Dr. Gregory Fryer is a Total Body and Mind Integrative Specialist dedicated to helping his clients discover the root-causes of their health problems and empowering his clients to resolve the issues.  He is also a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician who graduated from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences medical school in Bethesda, Maryland.  After retiring from the US Army, he opened Medical Direct Care Wellness Center in 2014.  

He believes that everyone is created for a purpose and has God-given dreams.  He believes that all can fulfill their purposes and live their dreams better when they are healthy and have much energy.

Together with his wife, Erien, who is the heart of the business, and their team, they are committed to helping people improve their well-being through an integrative approach.  He partners with his clients to obtain and maintain optimal total health, physically, mentally, and spiritually.  He is a proponent of disease prevention and treatment with lifestyle modification in conjunction with medication when necessary.   The Medical Direct Care team educates, empowers and encourages people to feel better, have more energy and live their dreams.
