Gayle Novak is a Speaker, Author, and Coach. She has been speaking and training for thirty years. Prior to becoming a full time professional speaker she was known as an international, award-winning, Certified Home Stager. For 15 years she was the CEO and Design Director of Enhance Your Home, LLC. Gayle also holds an MBA and additional professional Staging Designations. After relocating to Las Vegas, she reopened her business, and the State of Nevada chose Gayle as the ONLY Accredited Continuing Education Instructor, in the Home Staging / Real Estate category.

Before escaping to Las Vegas, Gayle was trapped in an abusive marriage for 20 years. Gathering all her strength and courage she finally escaped that grave situation. Now, through her motivational speaking and writing, she dedicates herself to helping other women who have experienced this "silent epidemic," called domestic abuse. Her memoir, “From Victim to Victorious, How I Survived 20 Years of Domestic Abuse” should be released in July 2023.

Gayle also works with entrepreneurs with regard to sales and closing techniques with her speech, “Turn Prospects into Profits, 9 out of 10 Times!”

  1. Gayle is a “Tony Robbins Firewalker”!  This means she walked barefoot twice, on an eight-foot bed of hot burning coals to prove she could do anything!  
  2. Gayle was a five-day undefeated Champion on “The Original $25,000 Pyramid” TV game show … when Dick Clark was the host, and 
  3. She also volunteered from the audience and did a comedy routine with Billy Crystal in his first HBO special.
