Guided journaling has been proven to uncover some automatic responses in our lives. These are beliefs and self-preservation actions that were created by the time we were about five years old. Would you let a five-year-old drive your car? Likely, not but sometimes we're allowing that five-year-old to drive our lives. This presentation will offer a way to gently get into a journaling process that could aid the participants into an exploration of discovering and disconnecting those automatic responses that are no longer serving their lives.
