Erin brings her playful, intuitive, and compassionate spirit to everything she does. She is not just a speaker, podcaster, and somatic embodiment coach—she's a transformative force committed to empowering people to heal themselves through body-based self-healing and self-coaching tools. With over a decade of private practice experience she developed a signature process for success - the Embodied Freedom Formula.
Erin believes self-expression is essential to the healing journey. She attended Savannah College of Art and Design and naturally used her assignments as a way work through loss, trauma, chronic pain, and an eating disorder. For her thesis, she wrote and performed the well-received play “But God Smokes Three Packs a Day!” which depicted her personal story of recovery.
After that, Erin's personal healing journey shifted to a desire to help others. She studied with the leading experts in yoga, ayurveda, energy healing, bodywork, somatic expressive therapy, nutrition, and meditation during a two-year internship at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
Her expertise in the mind-body connection, trauma treatment, eating-disorder recovery, social justice and self-care has been shared on stages around New England. She has been leading groups at Walden Behavioral Care for Eating Disorders since 2013, teaching classes and workshops at Revolution Community Yoga since 2012 and in private practice since 2011.
If you're seeking a guide for rapid and lasting transformation that brings you through self-actualization and into heartfelt contribution, Erin is your beacon of embodied freedom.
