Erin Vogt is a Canadian Wellness Coach who creates freedom for women stuck in overwhelm to reclaim their health, vitality and zest for life. She supports female clients who are on the brink of burnout or have come out of a mental health breakdown and are ready to carve out their next steps in life.

Overcoming years of personal mental health struggle and breakdown, including Post-Partum Depression, Anxiety and living with ADHD she grasps the pervasive nature and consequences of living in a chaotic mindset and lacking confidence. This affects one's ability to be authentic and taking consistent action toward self care, in all relationships and within one's career.

As a former Social Worker, Erin is experienced in directly and deeply immersing herself into her client's map, narrowing in on belief and identity change. She is a proud Mom of 2 young girls and a fortunate wife of 12 years.  For two decades she has upgraded her education and personal development toolkit to masterfully serve women inside her community, client base and global networks.

Erin helps her clients go from feeling frazzled into becoming a F.O.C.U.S.E.D Woman!
