After years of struggling with intense fear of speaking up, even something as simple as asking a question in school would make her chicken out, Erin made a decision: her vision would be bigger than her fear.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
