Emma Harding is a dynamic speaker, voice coach, and advocate for authentic expression. With over 20 years in the Canadian music industry, she has dedicated her career to helping others harness the power of their voice—whether on stage, behind a microphone, or in everyday communication.

Her journey began as a radio host for major FM stations, where she developed a deep understanding of vocal performance, storytelling, and audience connection. Transitioning into artist development, Emma founded Rockit Vocal Studios, where for over a decade she has coached speakers, voice actors, and platinum-selling artists to find their true sound and build lasting careers. She is also the host of the internationally chart-topping Rock Your Voice Podcast, where she shares insights on vocal mastery and industry resilience.

Emma’s expertise has led her to speak at PodSummit YYC, The Unstoppable Singer Summit, She Starts Now, Country Music Alberta Awards, and numerous other industry events. She has also worked as a voice coach for Jim Henson’s Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, served as Musical Artist in Residence at the Calgary Public Library, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Country Music Alberta.

With formal training from London Music School, Canada’s Music Incubator, and Berklee School of Music, Emma combines technical excellence with a deep understanding of vocal health and trauma-informed coaching. Her mission extends beyond performance—she is a passionate advocate for mental wellness in the entertainment industry, addressing the unique pressures artists and speakers face while teaching sustainable vocal and emotional resilience.

Through her engaging keynotes and workshops, Emma inspires audiences to connect, create, and share their voices with confidence—because every voice deserves to be heard.
