Her methodology, Performance to Presence, moves clients from managed performance to a genuinely changed baseline - not because she read it somewhere, but because she lived it first. A personal break years ago cost her the trust she’d spent a lifetime performing around, and rebuilding it, in mind and body, is still ongoing work.
